- Location: On the NSCC Student Association Sharepoint, the Documents & Resources section is located on the lefthand toolbar. It is the second tab from the top.
In this section, you will find valuable documents and resources for your coordinators, clubs, societies, teams, as well as yourselves as executives and your Student Association Advisors. You will also find any annual provincial initiatives in this folder.

Common Documents for All
In this folder you can find important operational documents such as the Memorandum of Understanding, Bylaws and Common Constitution. We will review these documents in the next chapters.

Archives
This folder contains several completed documents, projects and presentations from past years. You are welcome to review these documents, and they may even spark some interest and ideas for yourself or your team.
Clubs, Societies & Teams
This folder contains both financial resource documents and Charter Kits for the ratification of Societies and Clubs, and Teams. It also contains a link to the Event Planning & Risk Management section of this Sharepoint, so that all Clubs, Societies and Teams that are planning events, can adhere to the same procedures as the Student Association.
- Clubs, Societies and Teams do not have access to the Student Association Sharepoint.
- Student Chairpersons for Societies and Clubs should connect with VP Services to access these documents.
- Student Team Captains should connect with VP Activities to access these documents.
- It is important that Student Association Executives provide these students with the correct charter document. There is one for Clubs and Societies, and one for Teams.
Coordinator Resources
This folder contains valuable resources specific to coordinator roles created by past executives and coordinators. These resources may not necessarily pertain to the coordinator at your campus, but may provide a general basis of the expectations of these roles.
Your Coordinators may have access to the SA Sharepoint if you request access through your Student Life Assistant.
SA Advisor Resources
This folder contains documents, presentations and agreements specifically to help your Student Association Advisor support your team.
Your Student Association Advisor already has access to the SA Sharepoint and should be familiar with these documents.
