This work features stories of colonial resistance from diverse women of Indigenous, immigrant and settler backgrounds and experiences who are engaged in child and youth research, practice, and educational processes. These stories can be invitations, or even provocations, that allow us to reflect on moments that may not be easily or directly experienced in person.

The processes outlined and demonstrated in and through this OER are intended to act as a model of possibility.  The possibility of dialogic processes that can, and should be, occurring within all our relationships.  As we see this as the processes of reconciliation in action.  Readers of this OER will experience first-hand the courage, vulnerability, diversity, and responsibility of and to our inextricable web of interconnected relations.
