Menu Planning Assignment
Create a 4-6 week menu for an institution of your choice (school, university, long-term care, camp, hospital, etc.). When creating the menu, consider the SFS and sustainable dietary patterns you learned in Part 1.
Addressing Misinformation and Myth Busting
Choose a topic that your peers, friends, family, patients, or social media influencers are speaking on about nutrition and SFS. Research this topic and identify the misinformation that has been spread on this topic. Write a research paper or create a detailed infographic describing what information is being spread, and state the evidence-based knowledge you have gained from your research.
