Introduction to this Resource

We are developing this online resource so that those interested in school food evaluation can access useful indicators and tools. This resource is a work in progress. In the future, we plan to:

  1. Add more relevant categories for evaluation
  2. Add more tools
  3. Identify gaps in resources
  4. Support the development of more resources.

 

This work is being led by Tracy Everitt, St. Francis Xavier University and Stephanie Ward Chiasson, Université de Moncton, with the support of Megan Davies and Carolyn Webb, in partnership with the School Food Evaluation Working Group of the Canadian Association for Food Studies, Farm to Cafeteria Canada, the Coalition for Healthy School Food, and Food For All NB. This resource received funding from the New Brunswick Economic and Social Inclusion Corporation.
