Relationships

The interpersonal dimension of food choice encompasses the relationships and social interactions that influence an individual’s behaviour and decisions. This includes the norms, social support, and behaviour modelling provided by parents, siblings, peers, teachers, coaches, and others, all of which can shape food choices. This can include:
